15% OFF SALE ON 42" and 48" RUSTY BARN STARS!
Since the 1820’s Barn Stars have adorned the sides of barns and outbuildings with their early beginnings being painted onto the sides of buildings. Over many years, barn stars have evolved into many types of renditions, colors and styles, making it possible for modern and contemporary décor to primitive décor and country décor to work these beautiful pieces into their design.
The Amish Stars that we offer are hand made in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania by the Amish. These stars are individually hand pressed by Amish farmers, out of old salvaged corrugated tin from barn roofs and out buildings. Each Amish star has it’s own character and is unique due to old paint, wear and some rusting. Because they’re made from old materials and made by hand, all tin stars will have variations in shading, peeling and may have small nail holes. Nothing warms your heart more than seeing something on your walls either inside or outside that is handmade and has such rich history in America.
True to the Texas spirit, the Texans roped their star. The Texas Stars are unique and make a strong statement about your sense of good style. Cattle ranches, wide-open plains, barbeque ribs, good southern cooking and hospitality will come to mind when your friends and family view these beautiful stars in your home.
All of our metal stars are distinctive and possess the unique ability to be combined in an eye-catching group or stand alone making a strong statement. Each of the barn stars is sure to be a pleasant conversation piece and having one or more in or around your home or barn will bring a sense of pleasure when you decorate with something so rooted in Americana.
